If you are concerned about changes in your memory, the Sharp Neurocognitive Research Center is offering free screenings to help detect early signs of memory loss and other cognitive issues.
During the screening, experienced specialists will discuss memory concerns, review medical history and perform specialized tests to measure memory and other brain functions. Results may indicate whether further evaluation is needed or provide a baseline for future testing.
Screenings can be conducted in English or Spanish, but advance registration is required. Please note that these screenings are limited to people age 55 and over.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration for this event, please call 1-800-827-4277 Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, or log in to your account to cancel online.

Please make sure to provide a phone number and/or email address when you register in case we have to contact you with last-minute information.
Schedule
Screenings will take 10-15 minutes and your results will be discussed with you immediately afterward.
What to Bring
Please bring a face mask and proof of COVID-19 vaccination (including booster shot) with you to your appointment.
