If you are new to or have long embraced the important role of caregiving, this one-hour, professionally-led support group is designed for you to share resources, experiences and emotions in a safe environment.
Social workers from Sharp Grossmont Hospital will host this monthly caregiver support group as a free community class.
Please make sure to register for each session that you'd like to attend. If a date is full, please call 1-800-82-SHARP (1-800-827-4277), Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, and ask to be placed on our waitlist.

Parking Information
Parking is free on-site. Additional free parking is available across the street in the Brier Patch Campus lot.
