Our in-person childbirth preparation class is back. This class meets once a week for four weeks.
Topics covered in this course include:
- How your body prepares for birth and delivery
- Hospital procedures and medication choices
- Cesarean delivery
- Relaxation and breathing techniques
- Postpartum
- Newborn characteristics and procedures
