Baby Care Basics In-Person Class
Fee: $30
At this in-person class, you will learn all the basic baby care you need to know before heading home with your newborn. We will practice diapering, dressing and swaddling baby dolls. Other topics covered include:
- Basic infant care
- Characteristics of a newborn
- Infant nutrition
- Signs and symptoms of illness
- Crying
- Bathing
- Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)
- Basic car-seat safety
