First-time parent? This virtual class will take the guesswork out of newborn care.

Learn all the basic baby care you need to know before heading home with your newborn. At this live webinar, you will practice diapering, dressing, and swaddling baby dolls. Other topics covered will include:
- Basic infant care
- Characteristics of a newborn
- Infant nutrition
- Signs and symptoms of illness
- Crying
- Bathing
- Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)
- Basic car-seat safety

- Student Observation: If you are not an expectant parent and need to observe a class, approval must be obtained prior to attendance. Please be advised that any paid registration for observation purposes will not be refunded. Presenter Information
Classes are taught by a certified perinatal educator.
Arrival
You can attend via computer or mobile device (smartphone or tablet). You will be sent login instructions in a separate email from your registration confirmation. Please make sure to review the instructions in advance so that you are ready to log in at the start time of the class.
