Presented by Sharp HealthCare
When patients are diagnosed with a serious illness, decision-making is enhanced by clear communication and a team approach to supporting patients and families through all stages of illness.
Simulation training is effective in developing communication skills, promoting team cooperation and enhancing self-efficacy. In this program, Sharp professionals explore methods for improving communication skills with patients and families. Participants will practice difficult conversations with those who are experiencing various priorities and emotions as disease advances.
