The Grossmont Hospital Congestive Heart Failure Education Class is a virtual class offered via Zoom on the 2nd Wednesday of every month Jan - Nov (no class in Dec). Guest speakers will discuss various topics & living well with CHF in a supportive environment.
The group will be facilitated by a CHF specialist RN and/or by the SGH Cardiac Rehab Lead RN. At end of class, attendees will have opportunity to ask questions related to CHF or topic presented.

Patients are encouraged to register so we get accurate number of attendees, but same QR code can be used for all classes for the year.
Presenter Information
Colleen Austel, Heart Failure RN Specialist and Norma McDonald, SGH Cardiac Rehab Lead RN are moderators, and each class has different speakers/presenters.
Schedule
The class will be offered on the second Wednesday of every month through November.
Class runs 10:00 am to 11:00 am with time for Q & A at end of class. Different speakers and topics each month.
Arrival
You can attend this class via phone, computer or mobile device. You will be sent login instructions after you register in a separate email from your registration confirmation and again in with your reminder email three days before your webinar. Please check your email junk/spam folder for the login information email from 82sharp@sharp.com.
