Congestive Heart Failure Class and Support Group

Fee: Free

The Grossmont Hospital Congestive Heart Failure Education Class is a virtual class offered via Zoom on the 2nd Wednesday of every month Jan - Nov (no class in Dec). Guest speakers will discuss various topics & living well with CHF in a supportive environment.

The group will be facilitated by a CHF specialist RN and/or by the SGH Cardiac Rehab Lead RN. At end of class, attendees will have opportunity to ask questions related to CHF or topic presented.
