Classes and Events

Congestive Heart Failure Class and Support Group

Fee: Free

This class is offered via Zoom on the second Wednesday of every month from January through November. Guest speakers will discuss various topics and teach you about living well with congestive heart failure (CHF) in a supportive environment.

The group will be facilitated by a CHF specialist registered nurse or by a Sharp Grossmont Hospital Cardiac Rehab lead registered nurse. At the end of the class, attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions related to CHF or the topic presented.
