Caregiver Support Group
This free monthly support group is open to family caregivers.
Presented by Sharp Grossmont Hospital
If you are new to or have long embraced the important role of caregiving, this one-hour, professionally-led support group is designed for you to share resources, experiences, and emotions in a safe environment. Social workers from Sharp Grossmont Hospital will host this caregiver support group as a free community class. This will be an ongoing caregiver support group held on the 1st Wednesday of each month at the same location and time.
If a date is full, please call 1-800-82-SHARP (1-800-827-4277), Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, and ask to be placed on our waitlist.

Parking Information
Parking is free on-site. Additional free parking is available across the street in the Brier Patch Campus lot.
