These 6 classes will provide patients with an adaptive space and equipment to safely exercise with independence post neuro outpatient PT/OT discharge. 

The adaptive weight training aims to improve discharge plans from outpatient neuro physical and occupational therapy services and address community needs for exercise-based maintenance programs. 

Allowing 4-6 clients access to East Gym from 4:15-5:15 pm every Monday with a therapist. All clients will be supervised during exercises, setting up equipment as needed, and providing no more than contact guard assist to one client at a given time.
