Sharp Women's Health Conference
An inspiring day exclusively for women.
Presented by Sharp HealthCare
A day of inspiration and connection, the Sharp Women’s Health Conference will empower you to focus on yourself and provide you with the tools to live a healthier, more balanced life. The event is open to the general public regardless of current hospital affiliation or health insurance.
The conference includes:
- Two dynamic keynote speakers
- More than 20 informative sessions on health, fitness and lifestyle
- Health screenings, exhibits and pampering services
- Breakfast, lunch, opportunity drawings, a fabulous gift bag and more
Individual tickets are $80 each if purchased by Monday, Jan. 6, at 5 pm ($85 thereafter).
Limited reserved tables of 10 are available for $900 each if purchased by Monday, Jan. 6, at 5 pm ($950 thereafter).
Table sponsorships are also available for $2,000 ($850 tax deductible) per table of 10. This option features a reserved table in a preferred location during the morning, lunch and afternoon main session; and the company name listed in the event program.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration for this event, please call 1-800-827-4277 Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, or log in to your account to cancel online.
For Standard: A fee of 100 percent will be deducted from the amount paid if you cancel your registration less than 30 days before the event.
Parking Information
Self-parking is available for $20 per vehicle. Parking is not included in your registration price. We recommend carpooling.
Fee Information
Cancellations will be accepted and refunds processed if requested no later than Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025. If after Feb. 20, you find you are not able to attend, you may give your ticket to another person to attend the event.
Special Instructions
- Please provide your complete mailing and email address. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after registration. Please save this email for your records as your receipt.
- Conference attendees should have the ability to walk or stand for periods of time. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide wheelchairs.

8:30 am-5 pm: Conference

If you purchased your ticket by Feb. 28, you will receive your event pass/conference name badge and gift bag/opportunity drawing coupon and important event information in the mail two weeks prior to the conference. You must bring these items to the conference as they serve as your admission ticket, gift bag coupon and opportunity drawing entry. We ask that you completely fill out your gift bag coupon prior to coming to the conference. This will help make registration run more smoothly.
If you purchased your ticket after Feb. 28, your event pass/conference name badge and gift bag/opportunity drawing coupon will be available for pickup at the will call table on the morning of the event beginning at 7:30 am. You will receive an additional email containing important day of information from our registration team. If you purchased more than one ticket, please forward the information to all ticketholders, as they will need this important information as well.
What to Bring
- Please bring your event pass/conference name badge and completed gift bag/opportunity drawing coupon (if registered by Feb. 28; pick up thereafter at will call on the morning of the conference). You will receive the lanyard for your badge upon arrival to the conference. All attendees must wear their conference badge throughout the day. There will be a $25 replacement charge and a picture ID is required for lost or forgotten badges.
- Casual attire is recommended. We suggest you bring a jacket or sweater as room temperatures vary.
- If you would like to participate in the interactive sessions, please wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes.
- If you wish to visit the “Ask-the-Pharmacist” booth in the exhibit hall, please bring a list of all the current medications you are taking.
- The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank will be collecting donations of canned or nonperishable food items. We encourage you to bring one or more items.
