Mobility and Agility Exercise Class
This group exercise class is open to people who have Parkinson's Disease or Parkinsonism.

This group exercise class is taught by specialty-trained physical therapists and is open to people who have a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease or Parkinsonism. The class meets once per week with an emphasis on large amplitude and high-intensity exercises targeting Parkinson's disease deficits.
Limited spots are available to allow for more individualized engagement and attention. You will also learn Parkinson's-specific exercises to help improve and maintain functional mobility.

Parking Information
Parking is free in the Brier Patch lot.
Special Instructions
Participants should be able to tolerate an hour of exercise and be able to safely walk in and out of the facility without assistance.
All participants are required to complete a free screening prior to registering for class.
Schedule
The class will consist of a group warm-up, completion of PWR! (Parkinson's Wellness Recovery) moves and "cardio burst." Participants will then break out into interval stations where they will complete interventions all with a Parkinson's-specific focus.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time of the class. After parking, please follow signs for the Lymphedema and Vestibular Clinic at Sharp Grossmont Brier Patch in Building B.
What to Bring
Please bring a water bottle.
