This free online educational series is open to current cancer patients and survivors, as well as their caregivers. Each month a different topic on how to live with and survive cancer will be discussed. Previous topics include the benefits of yoga, creating a wellness plan, life beyond cancer, stress management, and wills and advance directives.
A licensed clinical social worker facilitates this group with help from a variety of guest speakers such as dietitians, physicians and pharmacists. A question-and-answer period is also included.

Arrival
