This workshop will provide prompts on how to write a legacy letter to leave to your loved ones.

A legacy letter is a written gift you leave for your loved ones after your passing. It chronicles the most important aspects of your life, values, accomplishments, and the lessons learned. It is also a way to honor the people who have made life most meaningful for you. This workshop will provide prompts on how to review your life and writing tips to enhance what you would like to say.

Presenter Information
Colleen Linnertz is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Certified Creativity Coach. She has been an advance care planning coach and bereavement counselor with Sharp Hospice since 2003. She has a special interest in the use of storytelling techniques to help individuals transform the challenges of loss and life transitions into newfound strengths.
