Presented by Sharp Mary Birch Hospital
New parents may feel overwhelmed with the different feeding options available for their infant. During the initial postpartum period, there is a lot to consider: their tummy size, how many ounces to feed, getting them back to birth weight and more. Our goal is to give you confidence and provide the information and support during your journey to find the best feeding method for you and your baby.
Access this free video series, led by Lisa Simpkins, International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Certified Childbirth Educator (CCE), who will share key feeding considerations and how to navigate different methods as your baby grows and your schedule changes.
In this video series, you will learn:
- What to expect in the first month
- Different feeding methods: breastfeeding, pumping, formula
- Planning for transitioning back to work
- Sharp resources for new parents
Following your enrollment, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a link to the videos. That link will provide access to view the content at your convenience.
