Childbirth Preparation Two-Day Class

Our in-person two-day childbirth preparation class is back. This class meets on Sunday 9/22 and Sunday 9/29.
Topics covered in this course include:
- How your body prepares for birth and delivery
- Hospital procedures and medication choices
- Cesarean delivery
- Relaxation and breathing techniques
- Postpartum
- Newborn characteristics and procedures

Parking Information

What to Bring
Please have two pillows and a blanket to use during class. Ample breaks will be given.
