This online childbirth preparation class meets once a week for four weeks.

- How your body prepares for birth and delivery
- Hospital procedures and medication choices
- Cesarean delivery
- Relaxation and breathing techniques
- Postpartum
- Newborn characteristics and procedures

Student Observation: If you are not an expectant parent and need to observe a class, approval must be obtained prior to attendance. Presenter Information
This class is taught by a certified perinatal educator.
Arrival
For online classes, you can attend via computer or mobile device (smartphone or tablet). You will be sent login instructions in a separate email from your registration confirmation. Please make sure to review the instructions in advance so that you are ready to log in at the start time of the class.

What to Bring
Please have two pillows and a blanket to use during class.
Course Recommendations
We recommend completing the course 3-4 weeks prior to your due date.
