Baby and Me Time: New Parent In-Person Support Group
Join other new parents at this free weekly in-person support group.
Presented by Sharp Grossmont Hospital
Join other parents in this support group to share the experiences and responsibilities of new parenthood. Discover how to ease the transition into your new role, develop new friendships and enhance your knowledge and confidence as a new parent.
These weekly sessions are designed for new parents with babies up to 12 months old. No registration is required.
Parking Information
Free parking is available in structure No. 2, which is located closest to the main hospital entrance. Please bring your parking ticket with you to the group meeting to receive validation. Parking in other structures or lots may result in a small fee.
Presenter Information
This group is led by a certified perinatal educator.
Schedule
Each group meeting will include:
- Welcome and introductions
- Weekly topic
- Open round-table discussion
Arrival
Please do not attend if you have any symptoms of illness.
All visitors age 18 and older at Sharp Grossmont Hospital for Women & Newborns are required to present a government-issued photo ID upon arrival.
What to Bring
Please bring your baby (up to 12 months old) to the group meeting. Fathers/partners are also welcome to attend.
