Annual Remembrance Ceremony (Servicio Memorial de Sharp Chula Vista)

Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center's annual remembrance ceremony is offered to people whose friend or family member died at the hospital during the last year. It is a time to honor your loved one and find comfort and a sense of connection to their memory in a community of others who know what you're going through.
Sharp strives to provide an event welcoming, respectful and amenable to persons of all faiths, philosophies and cultures. The ceremony is free of charge and will include music, meditation, reflective readings/poetry, a candle ceremony and a moment to briefly speak in honor of your loved one (optional).
La Ceremonia Anual Memorial de Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center es para las familias de personas fallecidas en el hospital el durante el pasado año. Es un tiempo tanto para honrar a su ser querido como para recibir consuelo y un sentido de conección a su memoria en la compañía de otros que saben lo que Ud. está experimentando.
Sharp se esfuerza por ofrecer un ambiente hospitalario, respetuoso y amable para personas de toda fe o filosofía y cultura. Este evento es gratuito e incluirá música, meditaciones y lecturas/poesía para reflexión, una ceremonia de velas y un momento para compartir brevemente sus pensamientos en honor a ser amado (opcional).

Parking Information
Parking and shuttle information: Attendees may park in the structure near the main hospital entrance and wait at the ground level by the elevators for the shuttle. All parking is free. The top level will also have plenty of parking space. Signs or volunteers should lead you directly from the parking first floor elevator to an entrance for the SICU Lobby Area for this event.
Estacionamiento y shuttle: Se recomienda estacionarse en la estructura de estacionamento grande pasando la entrada principal del hospital y esparar al shuttle en el nivel uno, junto alascensor. Estacionamiento es gratis. También habrá estacionamiento amplio en los niveles superiores. Letreros or voluntarios le guiarán desde el elevador piso uno directamente al la entrada para el área del SICU Lobby para este evento.

This event will be led by Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center's team of Spiritual Care Professionals who together, represent a combined 44 years of experience serving patients and families in this community during times of illness and bereavement:

Arrival
Attendees may be dropped off at the main hospital entrance. From the Lobby, follow directions to the SICU Lobby area to the left in the Ocean View Tower.
Puede dejar otros asistentes de su vehículo en la entrada principal del hospital. Estarán cerca del salón para la ceremonia y habrá ayuda para que lleguen bien. De allí sigan señas al Lobby del SICU a la izquierda del Ocean View Tower.
What to Bring
You may bring a photo or other object representing your loved one (optional).
Puede traer una foto u otro objeto que representa a su ser querido (opcional).
A dessert with coffee and tea will be served following the ceremony.
Habrá postre con café y té al finalizar la ceremonia.
