All-Staff Assembly is back!
Our dedicated crew members help make the All-Staff Assembly a reality for more than 23,000 team members, affiliated physicians and volunteers.
Make Sharp’s signature employee event come to life by becoming a member of the All-Staff Assembly crew for the following position:
- Event Usher — Welcome and guide attendees to their seats and assist with extending a fond farewell
To sign up you must:
- Obtain approval from your manager
- Have a positive and fun attitude
- Uphold and model the foundations of The Sharp Experience at all times
- Attend an orientation meeting, as requested
Crew members are required to commit to the following dates and times:
- Event Usher — Nov. 18 (6:30 am to 12:30 pm) and Nov. 19 (7 am to 5:30 pm)

Parking Information
