Conceived in 2001 as a unique and exciting way to engage the entire Sharp HealthCare team in creating and launching The Sharp Experience — our organization-wide performance and experience improvement initiative — the All-Staff Assembly has become Sharp's signature employee event.

This annual event is a way for Sharp to connect all team members to our shared vision of being the best place to work, best place to practice medicine and best place to receive care; and ultimately become the best health care system in the universe. Each team member has the opportunity to recommit to the purpose and worth of our work and the difference we make in the lives of others.

More than 20,000 Sharp team members attend one of three identical sessions. This experience provides a time for celebration, inspiration and education.
