This was a pre-op appointment. I was very impressed with my doctor's compassion for myself and my family. She has an excellent bedside manner combined with a great deal of knowledge.

My doctor was very supportive and included me in the conversation. She spent a lot of time with me as she asked about my recent fertility journey and made me feel heard.

She told me to use an OTC treatment option that was not actually available I had to consult with a pharmacist who told me what the doctor recommended was not actually an OTC option. So then I had to message the Dr letting her know, and then about a day later they messaged me with a way to make the OTC treatment on my own by mixing various OTC ingredients. Even then it wasn't super clear (ratios/quantities were not explained). This prolonged the care I should have gotten the same day as my appointment.

I felt very seen and understood. She explained what I have been going through in my past which was helpful but we are still trying to figure out what is going on now.
