November 12, 2024Dr Salt and the PA Erin are out of this world and I am sad that Erin is leaving I wanted to say goodbye to her but she was with another patient so I asked for her to give me a call and she did who does that? That's how personal they are with their patients and Dr salt I trust him like no other doctor he is so good at what he does and hes caring, understanding, listens and has amazing bedside manner

October 21, 2024I saw Erin Carrol, the nurse practitioner, after surgery. I had an unusual red area on my forearm. She wasn't sure what it was, so she went to a doctor in another office to come in, and he diagnosed it as phlebitis. She was confident enough to ask for help.
