SharpCare Grossmont

SharpCare Grossmont is located in La Mesa, California. Our Grossmont location is a convenient option for those living and working in La Mesa, Mount Helix, Santee, Spring Valley and surrounding East County communities of San Diego.

The medical office is located inside the Grossmont Medical Arts Building next to the Sharp Grossmont Hospital campus. Our office is on the second floor and is accessible by elevator.

We offer same-day primary care appointments both in person and virtually with our Grossmont doctors.

We ask that you check in 15 minutes before your appointment, and bring the following:

• Insurance card

• Photo ID

• List of current medications (or medication bottles)

• Immunization record (if the patient is under 18 years old)

• Credit or debit card for any anticipated co-payments, out-of-pocket expenses or outstanding balances

At SharpCare, we accept most insurance plans and payment methods, including workers’ compensation and Medicare.

Some PPO plans are not contracted with SharpCare and still allow access to our providers through out-of-network benefits at a higher coinsurance rate. Contact your insurance plan for details specific to your coverage.
