The nurse practitioner told me I could have an x-ray "right away" at Sharp Outpatient pavillion and I went 3 days later only to be told that I had to go to San Diego Imaging - which I did - only to be told there that they did not have the order for my xray = UNACCEPTABLE!!

Dr. Williams Wayne Did not do a chart review that I was 21 weeks pregnant And suggested that I take NyQuil and DayQuil for my symptoms. I had informed her of the current over-the-counter options that I have been taking, and that I had consulted with my OB. I felt she rushed the visit and did not address my concerns. I think the most negative part about the visit was that she didn't know I was pregnant and recommending medication's that I'm not supposed to take. I am a healthcare worker and work at Sharp and I did not experience the Sharp experience with this doctor during this visit. I usually am scheduled with her NP Jennifer Obana Who is amazing and does an extensive chart reviews before seeing me. I had also had a recent ER visit and Dr. Williams Wayne neglected to ask about it.

I have been coming to this medical clinic for 9 years, luckily I'm very healthy because I've only seen Dr Williams 3-4 times. Most times the Nurse Practitioner is excellent . But there are times I feel like I might be seen by the janitor
