About Licia Lopez, DO

I decided to become a physician because I enjoy the complexity of practicing medicine, building long-term relationships with patients and providing support during difficult times. I believe that building trust is at the heart of a strong patient-physician relationship. My goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected and at ease discussing their health. I take the time to understand each patient as an individual and work collaboratively with them to develop a care plan that fits their needs, values and goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy the outdoors, either swimming at the beach, biking or walking. I also enjoy going to concerts, traveling and experiencing different places and cultures.
