Initial visit so MD had no prior history knowledge. Visit too short to convey concerns. Concerns that were expressed were addressed in an "automated* fashion. I did not feel like an individual but as another standard situation. A prior Rx needed reinstatement but change to the frequency of administration. RX was refilled but with the old instructions which caused delay in approval from insurance.
