I was not happy with Dr. Jacobs he DID NOT allow me to tell him my symptoms. He kept saying "stop", "stop". He went by what I told the assistant and my previous visit w/former doctor. I will not be scheduling any appts. with him anymore' he is terrible - I paid $25.00 co-pay for nothing just keep using tears and shop around for other brands - to see which ones work for me.
