About Dominic Toctocan, DO

I became a physician to empower others to take control of their own well-being. I also believe that health is true wealth, and I'm dedicated to helping people protect and strengthen it. As a family medicine and osteopathic physician, I ground my practice in the principles of prevention, whole-person care and thoughtful medical decision-making. I believe strongly in the value of yearly physicals as an essential opportunity to detect early signs of disease, promote long-term wellness and strengthen the patient-physician relationship. I emphasize the foundational role of a well-balanced diet and daily exercise, recognizing that lifestyle choices are often the most powerful tools we have to protect and improve health. While I fully support the appropriate use of medications, I am mindful to avoid prescribing them unnecessarily, always striving to choose the safest, least invasive and most effective approach for each individual. My goal is to help patients achieve optimal health by combining preventative strategies with evidence-based medicine. In my free time, I enjoy road biking, swimming and playing video games.
