We know you may have questions about the transition from FollowMyHealth to the Sharp app, and we're here to help.
The Sharp app has the same features as FollowMyHealth, including messaging your doctor, scheduling appointments, renewing prescriptions and accessing test results.
In addition to these important benefits, the Sharp app also allows you to:
Book a same-day or future virtual visit
Pay bills and set up payment plans
Join waitlists for earlier or same-day appointments
Check in for appointments
Fill out forms before your appointment
Access educational resources during and after a hospital stay
As of March 1, 2024, you cannot perform any new actions within FollowMyHealth, but you can continue to access your account and any previously connected family member's account to view past health information.
We encourage you to create your Sharp account and download the Sharp app to manage your care.
Any previously scheduled appointments in FollowMyHealth transferred to the Sharp app. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so in the Sharp app.
We migrated the past 5 years of your Sharp data to our new platform. You will also continue to be able to access FollowMyHealth to view your past health information and messages.
